Article 6  How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely, so that we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For registered users (if applicable), we store the personal information provided in their user profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We do not retain personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

Article 10  Governing Law and Language

We operate the Site from the Republic of Singapore, and this Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, including the PDPA. In the event that litigation becomes necessary, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

The English version of this Policy is the original and governing text. Versions in Japanese or any other language are reference translations provided for the convenience of visitors. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency in interpretation between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
